How much does delivery cost?At this present time we are only able to offer Standard Delivery 3-5 working days - £3.95.
Do I need to sign for my delivery?Yes you will need to sign for your delivery. If you are not around at the time of delivery, a card will be left with instructions on how to make alternative arrangements.
What happens if I receive the wrong item?If this happens, then please contact our customer service at email@example.com. Please note your order number, what item you received and what you should have received.
Can I exchange an item?Yes you can, however, it has to be an exchange for the same item, just different size. If you wish to exchange for another item then you will have to get a refund and then buy your desired item.
How do I return?Please fill in the return form in your parcel. Once this is filled in, please re package the item and form along with packing slip and invoice in the same packaging as delivered and take to the post office. Please select a postal service, which you are happy with, and remember to get a receipt with your proof of postage and/or tracking details. You have the opportunity to return and exchange within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
